Connecting to a Shared Calendar


The below example is using the Shared Mailbox "Admissions@simmonscollegeky.edu"


I. From your Google Chrome Browser, connect to Outlook.

II. Follow the steps in the below picture:



  1. Click the Calendar icon
  2. Click "Add Calendar"
  3. Click "Add from Directory"
  4. Select your Simmons email address
  5. Type the Shared calendar you wish to add
  6. Add it to "My Calendars"
  7. Click the "Add" button
